At Walk this Way we focus on building Triple Impact business models; a concept that brings together the following factors: social commitment, economic value and environmental impact.
It is in our essence to prioritize this point in the different strategies that we think about, being aware that the creation of this type of models requires, mostly, time, commitment and discipline.
A company that becomes aware of this concept strengthens its identity and its work team, while generating a greater positive impact on society and the environment. There is no need to generate abrupt changes, but rather raise awareness and apply improvements in a proactive and orderly manner.

We generate a triple impact strategy where we define objectives and priority projects to carry out, through an organizational system that allows us to advance proactively without overloading the work team.

We detect shortcomings in terms of social and environmental impact, both at a structural level and in processes, and we execute an improvement plan.
Internal workshops
We give great importance to the personal and professional evolution of work teams, and that is why we develop workshop plans that nourish people with new technical, social and environmental capabilities.
Knowledge & Skills
People spend years studying and gaining experience in the workplace, which gives them very valuable skills. An excellent way to generate positive social impact is by providing training from the work team to the brand ecosystem: suppliers, strategic alliances and customers.
Impact actions
We carry out collaborative actions with foundations and NGOs with which we forge solid relationships of trust. We seek to integrate our clients’ ecosystem in each of these actions, to further enhance their impact.
