We schedule at least 4 monthly video calls between Business Advisor and the corresponding people on the client’s work team.
We provide 24/7 access vía email and whatsapp messages.

SALES AND EXPANSION STRATEGY
The growth and economic sustainability of our clients are main objectives. We create organic strategies using the appropriate sales channels to increase the customer base and penetrate new markets and countries. At the same time, we focus on strengthening the current clientele.

We are aware that a triple impact business model is not built overnight, that is why we create an orderly strategy where we apply improvement changes in the social and environmental sphere of the company, in order to get closer to the objective.
The strategy contains a mix of structural changes, an internal and external workshops plan, and the generation of impact actions with strategic alliances within the ecosystem of our clients: NGOs, foundations, suppliers and their own clients.
