From a very young age I have felt like an entrepreneur. In my early 20’s, together with two friends, I started my first venture, which was a soccer tournament for alumni from my school.

A 3-year experience that I will never forget, and that confirmed that I had to continue on that path.

The year 2011 was key because we started BA Booth, my first big company, which luckily is still running and growing today. Also that same year, living in San Francisco (USA), I began working as a Marketing consultant for Start-ups, starting what is now Walk this Way Consultancy.

At the end of 2014, I founded Tremending with another business partner, which undoubtedly took up a large part of my time.

Like every entrepreneur, one of the great challenges is knowing how to focus. And at that time I prioritized carrying on BA Booth and Tremending, leaving Walk this Way in the background. Despite continuing to work on demand as a consultant, my time was more devoted to the other companies.

But in 2019 my perspective changed. I felt like I wasn’t making the impact that I could potentially have on people and on the world. For this very reason, I made the decision to step away from my operational positions in the other companies, in order to focus my time and efforts on Walk this Way.

I believe that changes are always positive, and this time was no exception. I have been advising companies for 14 years, providing them with strategic support so that they can grow in an organized and sustained manner. And two fundamental aspects were added to this:

Triple impact business models: I focused my work on creating these types of models, generating direct added value in work teams, society and the environment. There are no magic formulas; commitment and awareness about these points are what guide this path.

Walk this Way Ecosystem: over time I generated very strong relationships of trust with people and companies of all types. Today I am lucky to have an ecosystem of clients and strategic alliances that add a lot of value to Walk this Way, and are essential for the impact of my advice to be much greater.
