We have vast experience building start-ups and conducting strategic consulting for start-ups and SMEs. We are an external leg to your organization that cares about understanding your needs and objectives, and acting accordingly. We follow up on our strategies, and we work as a team with our clients, in an agile and effective way.

From our company in Spain, in Euros, and applying VAT when appropriate.

Our consulting service consists of two steps:
1) Generation of the strategy
2) Definition of the degree of monthly involvement that is required of the consultant. We have 3 options: I) Low: 24/7 access to the consultant via whatsapp and mail; II) Medium: plan of 4 video calls per month; III) High: a higher monthly commitment is evaluated, which is tied to the availability of the consultant.
